DMMET MEXA is an advanced manufacturing technology brand powered by the engineering, machinery manufacturing and industrial production experience of DMMET Group. With 30+ years of industry experience, 5 factories and more than 280 employees, DMMET Group provides MEXA with a strong foundation in engineering, manufacturing, automation and international industrial project execution. Behind every MEXA system is a comprehensive production infrastructure that enables us to maintain direct control over quality, dimensional accuracy, technical compatibility and production schedules. Our machinery park includes 28 active CNC machines, 14 CNC milling centres, 14 CNC turning machines, 5-axis machining capability, 2 plasma cutting machines, 20 welding machines, industrial bending and guillotine machines, a surface preparation and paint shop, and a 15,000 m² assembly facility where large-scale machinery and complete automated production lines can be assembled, integrated and tested. Our CNC infrastructure includes advanced machinery from ARION, AWEA, KAOMING, MORI SEIKI, SPINNER, GOODWAY, TAKISAWA and YOUJI, supported by globally established FANUC, Mitsubishi M70M/M80M and Siemens SINUMERIK control technologies. This manufacturing strength allows DMMET MEXA to produce precision shafts, rollers, tooling components, machine frames, structural assemblies, complex machined parts and project-specific mechanical components within a controlled industrial environment. Rather than adapting customers to a standard machine, MEXA develops each system around the actual product, material, component geometry, production volume and automation requirements of the manufacturer.
